Yes we are interested in the possibility of representing your company’s product line to the Home Video and Catalog Markets. However we would like for you to send a few samples (DVD’s along with current packaging preferably) of the titles you have for release along with any additional information with regards to current distribution, pricing, packaging, manufacturing, etc… If this product currently in the marketplace (i.e. through distribution, retail, e-commerce, etc…?) If so, then through whom and at what SRP (Sugg. Rtl. Price)? What is the current cost/discount you expect from wholesale distribution, catalog and/or direct retail? What kind of promotion(s) and or advertising is currently in place? Or, what kind of advertising or marketing budget do you have to promote your title(s) on a national basis. Are you looking for an exclusive arrangement? Also, what is your time frame for releasing this title? Most retail and catalog buyers are currently finished buying for the next 3 months and work 90 days out from the date the title(s) announced to the marketplace. Can you send us a catalog of your titles? Have your titles ever been released to the marketplace before. If so, then when and through whom? Do you own the complete Rights to the program(s) you are submitting? If so, for how long? Could you provide us with proof of copyrights?

The more information you can provide will help to determine whether or not Triumph Marketing, LLC is the right fit for your product and company. Upon receipt of your program(s), our Acquisitions and Product Management department will review your submission and notify you as soon as possible.
